Delivery Policy:
CartOrbit.net opens the doorway for everybody to shop over the Internet. Our dedicated CartOrbit quality assurance team works round the clock personally to make sure the right packages reach on time. Our services are at your doorsteps with low delivery charge. We process all deliveries through reputed courier services. We deliver products all over the Bangladesh. If there is any modification in delivery charge for a particular item, it is mentioned in product details.
Order confirmation and delivery completion are subject to product availability. Delivery time may differ from one item to another. It can differ from standard delivery to beyond that.
Standard Delivery: If your delivery address is within Dhaka city, products will be delivered by within 2-3 business days. If it is outside Dhaka, it will take 5-7 business days. If you order after 3 PM, it will be considered as an order of next business day. Our Business Day: Saturday to Thursday except public holidays. Delivery may delay due to COVID-19 or any unforeseen reason.

CartOrbit.net প্রত্যেকের জন্য ইন্টারনেটে কেনাকাটা করার দ্বার খুলে দেয়। আমাদের ডেডিকেটেড CartOrbit কোয়ালিটি অ্যাসুরেন্স টিম সঠিক প্যাকেজগুলো সময়মতো পৌঁছানো নিশ্চিত করতে ব্যক্তিগতভাবে সার্বক্ষণিক কাজ করে। কম ডেলিভারি চার্জ সহ আমাদের পরিষেবাগুলি আপনার দোরগোড়ায়। আমরা নামকরা কুরিয়ার পরিষেবার মাধ্যমে সমস্ত ডেলিভারি প্রক্রিয়া করি। আমরা সারা বাংলাদেশে পণ্য সরবরাহ করি। যদি কোনো নির্দিষ্ট আইটেমের জন্য ডেলিভারি চার্জে কোনো পরিবর্তন থাকে, তবে তা পণ্যের বিবরণে উল্লেখ করা হয়।
অর্ডার নিশ্চিতকরণ এবং বিতরণ সমাপ্তি পণ্য প্রাপ্যতা সাপেক্ষে. ডেলিভারি সময় এক আইটেম থেকে অন্য ভিন্ন হতে পারে. এটি স্ট্যান্ডার্ড ডেলিভারি থেকে এর বাইরেও আলাদা হতে পারে।
স্ট্যান্ডার্ড ডেলিভারি: আপনার ডেলিভারির ঠিকানা যদি ঢাকা শহরের মধ্যে হয়, পণ্যগুলি 2-3 কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি করা হবে। ঢাকার বাইরে হলে ৫-৭ কার্যদিবস লাগবে। আপনি যদি বিকাল 3 টার পরে অর্ডার করেন তবে এটি পরবর্তী ব্যবসায়িক দিনের অর্ডার হিসাবে বিবেচিত হবে। আমাদের ব্যবসার দিন: সরকারি ছুটির দিন ছাড়া শনিবার থেকে বৃহস্পতিবার। COVID-19 বা কোনো অপ্রত্যাশিত কারণে ডেলিভারি বিলম্বিত হতে পারে।
Replacement of product:
We provide great customer experience each time you shop with your CartOrbit.net. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we ensure ‘Replacement of Product’. We will replace your purchased product if the product has any defect during the production stage or if the product is not the same one you ordered. Please check your products in front of riders or courier service agents. Please note the “Cover Photo” used in the product or shop page is for illustration purpose, which may not resemble with the original product you receive.
All you need to do is give us a call or drop an email at info@CartOrbit.net within a period of 24 hours from the date of delivery. However, please return the product with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition. Replacement for products is subject to inspection and checking by CartOrbit team.

আপনি যখনই আপনার CartOrbit.net-এর মাধ্যমে কেনাকাটা করেন তখনই আমরা দুর্দান্ত গ্রাহক অভিজ্ঞতা প্রদান করি। আপনি যদি আপনার ক্রয়ের সাথে সন্তুষ্ট না হন তবে আমরা ‘পণ্যের প্রতিস্থাপন’ নিশ্চিত করি। আমরা আপনার ক্রয়কৃত পণ্যটি প্রতিস্থাপন করব যদি উত্পাদন পর্যায়ে পণ্যটিতে কোনও ত্রুটি থাকে বা যদি পণ্যটি আপনার অর্ডার করা একই না হয়। রাইডার বা কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস এজেন্টদের সামনে আপনার পণ্য চেক করুন. অনুগ্রহ করে মনে রাখবেন পণ্য বা দোকানের পৃষ্ঠায় ব্যবহৃত “কভার ফটো” উদাহরণের উদ্দেশ্যে, যা আপনার প্রাপ্ত আসল পণ্যের সাথে সাদৃশ্যপূর্ণ নাও হতে পারে।
আপনাকে যা করতে হবে তা হল ডেলিভারির তারিখ থেকে ২৪ ঘন্টার মধ্যে info@CartOrbit.net-এ আমাদের একটি কল বা একটি ইমেল ড্রপ করুন৷ যাইহোক, অনুগ্রহ করে অক্ষত অবস্থায় ট্যাগ সহ পণ্যটি তাদের আসল প্যাকেজিংয়ে, ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ অবস্থায় ফেরত দিন। পণ্যের প্রতিস্থাপন CartOrbit টিম দ্বারা পরিদর্শন এবং পরীক্ষা সাপেক্ষে।
Refund Policy:
In the event of a product being sold out, customers have the option to choose an alternative product from our website or request a refund. If a refund is requested, we will promptly initiate the necessary procedures to process it. It is important to note that the complete refund process may take 7 to 10 working days. The refund will be processed through the same payment gateway that the customer used for the original payment.
Please be aware that we retain the right to modify, add, or remove sections of these Terms of Use without prior written notice. If any changes are made to the terms, we will update this page to ensure you are informed about the information we collect and how it is utilized
রিফান্ড নীতি:
একটি পণ্য বিক্রি হয়ে যাওয়ার ক্ষেত্রে, গ্রাহকদের কাছে আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট থেকে একটি বিকল্প পণ্য বেছে নেওয়ার বা ফেরতের অনুরোধ করার বিকল্প রয়েছে। যদি একটি ফেরত অনুরোধ করা হয়, আমরা অবিলম্বে এটি প্রক্রিয়া করার জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় প্রক্রিয়া শুরু করব৷ এটা মনে রাখা গুরুত্বপূর্ণ যে সম্পূর্ণ ফেরত প্রক্রিয়ায় 7 থেকে 10 কার্যদিবস সময় লাগতে পারে। অর্থ ফেরত একই পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ের মাধ্যমে প্রক্রিয়া করা হবে যা গ্রাহক মূল অর্থপ্রদানের জন্য ব্যবহার করেছিলেন।
